Traditional Japanese knife handcrafted in the city of Miki with Yasuki Shirogami steel No. 2 which ensures high cutting capacity and a long sharpening life.
This knife was traditionally used to sharpen pencils and cut out bamboo strips, it is very useful for working wood (carving, marking, tracing, etc.) and is also used for pruning bonsai and grafting fruit trees.
The chisel grind allows to cut straight and very precise angle.
