The edges of the board have angular and semicircular shape, with 45°, 60° and 90° angles for sharpening curved and angular gouges

This sharpening system is ideal for keeping your carving knives sharp at all times. However, it is not suitable for particularly worn blades. In these cases, we recommend using a stone to restore the edge, and afterward, sharpening and polishing the edge with the cloth for optimal performance.
